Power - Neutral, or so he believes. Fakir has the ability to turn his writing into reality, though he cannot control this power very well. Due to a traumatic incident from his childhood, Fakir has blocked this power from his memory.

Lengthy Background

Originally, Fakir is from a small village in Germany, but he moved to Boston at a young age and has few memories of this small town he originated from. His guardian, Charon, brought them to America after Fakir's blood parents were killed by ravens. Unfortionately, their untimely deaths were caused by Fakir's powers. The ravens had swarmed the town and he wrote a story in which the ravens flew to him so that he could defeat them. When the ravens came in swarms, however, Fakir's parents stood in the way, to protect their son. All of this happened before Fakir's eyes, when he was just six years old.

Since then, Fakir has blocked the event from his mind and never wrote stories again. He was perfectly happy with Charon, listening to stories about the Prince and the Raven. Charon told Fakir that Fakir's scar, which runs from his shoulder down to his stomach, matched the Knight of the story's battle wound. In the story, the knight loyally stood by the Prince's side, fighting to protect him at all costs. The Knight, unfortionately, was destined to be sliced in half during battle.

Not more than a year after arriving in Boston, Fakir found Mythos passed out on the street. Fakir brought him back home to Charon. When Mythos awoke, he had no memories or emotions. Seeing the similarities between him and the Prince, Fakir gave him the Prince's name, Mythos. Since then, Fakir has taken it upon himself to care for Mythos and watch over him in a borderline obsessive way.

However, there is a darker side to Fakir's protection. He is incredibly possessive of Mythos and very controlling. In some instances, he can be borderline abusive. Fakir is not an outwardly kind person by any means, and usually pushes others away, avoiding close relations with anyone other than Mythos. He has a rather cynical outlook, and hates doing "pointless things." Unknown to most people though, Fakir really is kind and compassionate, especially towards people he cares for.

Fakir dances at Gold Crown Academy, alongside Mythos, and has become quite a talented dancer. He is in the avanced class and has a few fans at the dance school.

Relationships

Mythos: The most important person in Fakir's life. He lost his heart and has now been reduced to just the bare minimums of life. Fakir protects Mythos from everything in a very controlling manner, to the point where he often orders Mythos around. He dictates who Mythos is not allowed to speak to or associate with, and Mythos is not even allowed to read books other than those that Fakir gives him. Despite this, Fakir has the best intentions at heart. He knows that emotions cause people pain and that if Mythos regained them, he would know suffering once again. Thus Fakir pulls the strings, trying to hide Mythos away from anything that might help him to regain his heart. The is a part of Fakir that is afraid that their destinies from The Prince and The Raven will catch up with them one day. Fakir is fiercely loyal to Mythos and would do anything that Mythos asked of him. He only wants what is best for Mythos, and to keep him safe.

Ella: They've come a long way. At first he hated her intensely for her desire to befriend Mythos. As time went on, however, their banter became friendlier until he went with Cordy and Kyou to take her back to school, and he realized that she had become special to him. Afraid of this, he pushed her away, though still acknowledged his feelings through anonymous notes and gifts on occasion. They inevitably drifted closer when they were assigned as dance partners during the Spring Recital last year, where due to a lack of clear instructions, kissed on the stage in front of everyone who attended. Then, when Mythos was captured by Kraehe and Fakir's time was near, he left her a goodbye, signed with his love. However - in the end Ella saved him, and the two of them finally became boyfriend and girlfriend. Fakir loves her dearly, despite what anonymous says, and would do nearly anything for her.

Ahiru: He thinks she's a idiot too. He also tries very hard to keep Mythos away from her, because just like Ella, he believes that she is a bad influence on Mythos. Somehow though, it doesn't seem to work that well, and so he hates her for being Mythos' friend. He was puzzled that she gave him Valerian tea when he was so tired however, and still wonders why she would do something so pointless.

Umeda: SEETHING HATRED. Fakir really hates Umeda. He treats Mythos kindly and has healed his wounds, but Fakir does not trust him at all. Recently, after being told the title by Mythos, Umeda found and read their book, and now knows Fakir's secret, that he is the useless knight from the story and that Mythos is the prince without a heart. Fakir is completely convinced that he will use this against them and has absolutely FORBID Mythos from seeing him.

Cordy: MORE SEETHING HATRED. Due to epic betrayal when their bodies were switched, Fakir cannot stand the sight of her and has forbade Mythos to go anywhere near her. In his opinion, she is not someone to be trusted.
